About

I'm Oussama Aniba, a Senior Android Engineer with over four years of experience building scalable, native mobile products in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).

My focus is on clean architecture, MVVM, and Coroutines — the kind of foundations that let an app stay fast and maintainable as it grows. I care about fluid UX and solid testing practices as much as I care about what's happening under the hood.

Currently, I lead the mobile team within Tangier Med Special Agency's Digital Factory, where I've architected and delivered several in-house apps — including patrol tracking and captaincy digitalization solutions — and directly contributed to a 160% increase in the Digital Factory's revenue through mobile product delivery and process digitalization.

Alongside that, I've spent years as a freelance mobile developer, building SaaS products across food delivery and fintech for clients in Morocco and the UK — apps like TicPay, Dapinocchio, and Pilot O'Clock that are live on the App Store and Google Play today.

I've also stepped into full-stack territory, designing systems across front-end and back-end, working on API architecture, database design, and CI/CD pipelines for remote distributed teams.

Beyond the code, I mentor junior engineers and work directly with stakeholders and clients — I like being close to both the technical and the human sides of a product.

Outside of engineering, I hold a Master's in Financial Engineering from Sup de Co Marrakech — a background that shapes how I think about product economics and business impact, not just implementation.
